Porter House Open House!
The Porter House Museum's Christmas Open House will be held on Saturday, December 2rd between 1 and 4 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Visitors will enjoy live music, refreshments, festive décor, and a special exhibit on butterflies collected by A.F. Porter in South America nearly a century ago. Fitting with the butterfly theme, the holiday decorations will have a unique, artistic twist. Featuring a live wreath auction!

Songbook with Steven Page
Steven Page, of Barenaked Ladies, joins Toronto's highly inventive Art of Time Ensemble in an evening of seminal songs by Randy Newman, Radiohead, Elvis Costello, Barenaked Ladies, Leonard Cohen, and others. "Songbook" is chamber music for the modern era.

Lamajamal combines Middle Eastern, North African, Balkan, and roma traditions with luscious, dubbed-out production, hip-hop influence, and a rock band's sensibilities. It is a band without borders that will infect the audience with its complex, riveting, cross-cultural music.
